Transfer Player from XBox PC Game Pass to Steam

Hi i played the game a lot of time on the XBox PC Game Pass and my girlfried bought me now the full game on steam. Is it possible to transfer the save game (the Player, i play on an official Server) from XBox to steam?

Not on official unfortunately. The process is a little involved so most private servers won’t be able to help either.
