Transportory stone not appering in the crafting menu after completing the spell book

Hi

I have completed the tome of Kurak, but when I open the sorcery crafting menu there is no Transportory stone option. I have disabled all mods and tried [Xevyr] fix to delete the progress and retry,but still it does not appear
Any help is greatly appreciated.
