Trebuchet can't attach to siege foundation when placed flush on anything but solid ground

Bug Description:

Trebuchet base cannot be placed on siege foundation if it’s not placed on the ground,
Seems to be same issue since 2021 :frowning:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Construct Siege Foundation and trebuchet.
  2. Build a nice castle with a siegepost area.
  3. Place Siege Foundation.
  4. Fail to to place Trebuchet Base.
  5. Sigh
    6.Remove and place Foundation raised to the max and place the Trebuched base on top of it.
  6. Sigh again due to the unsightly sight of it.
