When you reset your Twitch password, you apparently cut all active game connections.
I had to get a new password since… I’m a dummy and I forgot my old one 
The sad result though, is that I can no longer connect Conan to my Twitch.
It tells me that there’s already a connection - but there isn’t.
What do I do?

I lost the link previously. What worked for me was disconnecting it at the twitch end (sorry, I don’t remember how to do that, but it can’t have been that complicated if I managed to figure it out, I’m really not good with twitch at all…). That way I was then able to set up the connection again from the Conan end. I hope that helps (or that someone else can explain better, lol).
The issue is that… it’s already disconnected.
