I can craft and admin spawn these items when playing single player, but when on my private server, I’m unable to craft or admin spawn. Such a weird bug.

Does anyone know if there’s a server setting that’s not letting me use these items in multiplayer? Bloody frustrating for sure.

No there isnt, same bug on officials also since 3.0 launch. Seems to be fixed on pc but not on PS.
