Two "Inside Maelstrom" indicators after dying in Siptah

Bug Description:

After death on Siptah, two “Inside Maelstrom” status indicators appear. Also outdoors in Maelstrom area get “debris” graphics but no wind or darkness. This happens when the Maelstrom is not active.

Expected Behavior:

No indicator when Maelstrom is not active.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Step 1 - die
  2. Step 2 - respawn
  3. Step 3 - see indicators and debris

Happens with transferred character, but haven’t died with character who started in Siptah.
