UE4 fatal crash on start up but game keeps running

Platform: Steam
Issue Type: Crash
Game Mode: Online Official
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands

Mods: =MODS=

Bug Description:

UE4 fatal crash

Bug Reproduction:

im not sure what happened day before it was working perfect then next day i just keeps crashing, i have updated my computer completely, i have verified the game files and reinstalled the game completely including deleting mods and still nothing works

Regarding the situation at hand, does the crash generate any sort of error message? If so, could you please provide me with a screenshot of it?
