Bug Description:
Game crashes during the startup process, looks like a possible unreal engine 4 bug. I have sent multiple bug reports. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling, validating game files, updated graphics drivers but nothing has gotten me past the initial cutscene the game plays before loading up.

Every time I start up the game this happens.
