Conan Exiles Fatal Error Game Crash on Startup

Bug Description:

Whenever I launch the game (press launch in the launcher) the game comes up with fatal error at which point I can play for 10 minutes until it crashes. I’ve tried reinstalling windows and conan, verifying the game, etc etc. I have no idea what to do about this anyone got a fix?
