Unable To Access Elder Vaults

Bug Description:

Cannot access through Elder Vault doors. Can do this in single player but on not private server.

Bug Reproduction:

Restarting the server did not fix anything.

its probably due to a mod…

vaults works as intended at official servers

There is no mods on the server.
