Unable to add mods

Game mode: Single-player
Type of issue: Crash
Server type: PvE

I have installed a couple of mods, without problem so far. Now every time I want to add another one, I keep getting this error message:

Fatal error: [File:E:\B\branch_exiles-live-followers1\code\Engine\Source\Runtime\CoreUObject\Private\Serialization\AsyncLoading.cpp] [Line: 3400]
Could not find SuperStruct UserConstructionScript to create UserConstructionScript

!0x0000000000000000

Crash in runnable thread FAsyncLoadingThread

The mods I want to install:

  • deadly enemies damage/faster
  • noxuichanges
  • lying bastard reclaimed
  • vallenheim/vault of the forgotten kings
  • ruins of acheron
  • less building placement restrictions with its add-on
  • pythagoras with pythagoras support beam

I tried every one of them one by one, still nothing. I unsubsrcibed and resubscribed to all of them, including my old ones, and still…
After I redownload all the currently used mods I’m using, it works, but not with the “new” ones.
Also I have an old WD Velociraptor HDD, a bit noisy when it’s working (but it works perfectly), and when I click to play the game, it remains silent.

What could be the problem?

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Subscribe for mods
  2. Enable them in the mods menu, and restart the game
  3. Wait a couple of seconds
  4. Get the error message

Sorry for the problems, but since we had a new release this morning, some of the mod authors (bless their hearts) may not have had time to accommodate the changes.

I’m not saying this is your issue, but would wait for a current revision of each of the listed mods before letting panic set in

Thank you. I’m fine with the current setup anyways. I was just surprised, never happened before (it started ~3 weeks ago, but I did not have the time to check everything).

Rolee, if it started ~3 weeks ago, it’s not related to today’s release, sorry, and the earlier post mislead you.

Perhaps someone like @Multigun has seen this before.

Apologies for not mentioning it before :grinning:
And I forgot to say I also verified the files, nothing was missing or corrupted, only one .ini file (scalability one), but I changed back to the original to be sure.
