Platform: PlayStation 5
Issue Type: Bazaar
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: SenecaRhodes
Bug Description:
I purchased, through the Bazaar, the Prisoner’s Bed and Prisoner’s Shackles items. But I cannot craft them, nor can I use the admin panel to spawn them. If I cannot access them anymore, I want those Coins refunded!
Bug Reproduction:
Go to Artisan Bench. Try to make Prisoner’s Bed and Prisoner’s Shackles. “Unable to start crafting item”
Might be a dumb question, but did you restart the game? It’s well known that the Funcom servers don’t always sync appropriately and you can’t use or craft any bazaar/battle pass type items. You typically need to restart to get them to work.
Out of curiosity, have you been able to craft them previously on this server? If so, for how long have you not been able to craft them? Has the server had a restart since the issue has occurred, and if so it is still occurring?
I am asking because I have not purchased anything from the BLB and so I have no frame of reference to go by, but these factors may help others to diagnose the issue for you.
I have not restarted in a few months. I think I bought them after restarting. I repair my server daily, and my clan isn’t interested in reatarting again for a while

I realize that in restarting a server will reset your server’s age on the list all the way back to 0.
If this is the cause of your not being able to craft, you might reconsider that option.
I get the impression you’re running a private (or rented) server.
So a restart should not have any adverse effects, unless you missed some updates and patches.
Think it over.
No, I meant restart the application… not your whole game. I just meant to turn it off and turn it back on. That will usually fix the server connection… however I would hope you’re not leaving your game on all the time, so you may have done it already. If you’ve restarted numerous times, there’s likely a different issues going on.
