Did you close the game app and restart? Bazaar and battle pass items can usually not work if the game doesn’t connect to the Funcom servers appropriately. It happens somewhat regularly. A restart will often fix it.
Yeah i closed it restarted even closed my system restarted it an launched the game again also its on my ps4 an my wifes ps4 pro so its on two diffrent accounts were the only two in our clan
Also never made this problem not once with bazar stuff or battle pass stuff that ive purchased for us both an its only stuff from the bazar an battle pass i can build with all the dlc stuff i boight argosean i have them all can u se them but not the dungeoun set or asier or the expanded turanian set with the silk tents but my dlc base turannian set i can build just fine
Yeah, the normal psn store dlc should be usable regardless since they’re on the system. Your issue is connecting to the Funcom servers. You may be able to log into the official server, but the items are having an issue. If you’ve restarted numerous times, I can’t say why it’s not connecting. Sorry.

Have you tried in single player or another server? You may wanna put in a ticket to customer service once you’ve test that. They’ll likely ask you to try it. They usually wanna isolate the problem by narrowing down the possibilities.
