Unable to equip Theurgial Aegis armor set all of the sudden

Bug Description:

For some reason I am all of the sudden not able to equip the “Theurgial Aegis” armor set which I got as part of Chapter 1. No matter what I did I all of the sudden was not able to wear it, and it was saying that I am not “entitled”. I logged off, and logged back in, problem solved, all of the sudden I can wear it. Clearly a bug, and it may be affecting other mechanics, not just this armor, see screenshots below.
