Unable to knockout thralls on official server 7080 isle of siptah only at the spits it seems

I’m not able to change server settings and not sure why it’s not working. I’ve restarted my game numerous times and it was working yesterday.

There is a no knockout glitch, for different factions on different consoles or PC. On Xbox, Black Corsairs cannot be knocked out. On PC and/or PlayStation, Accursed concussion meter doesn’t go down.
