Unable to log into Game

Bug Description:

I recently signed up for a Funcom account under the “Account” tab for the free armor giveaway, and since then, I have been unable to log into the game. I can get to the main menu, but when I try to open the game, I get through the opening animation, get to the second load screen, the progress bar progresses to the end, and then it just sits there. I have left it for over an hour, and it does not login to the game. I have removed all mods, I have validated the game files through Steam, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I have unsubscribed and re-subscribed, and nothing helps. Anyone have any advice on how to correct. Thank you.

Since you’re playing in your Singleplayer, have you tried to login into one of our Official Servers to see if the error occurs as well, or if it’s only when you go to your Singleplayer?

I have the same problem over on ps5.

Singleplayer is broken, it appears to be quite literally UNPLAYABLE!
