Bug Description:
Thralls cannot be placed in some areas at high altitudes. It says they need a walkable floor, whether on the ground or a player-built structure.
Bug Reproduction:
Try placing a thrall in the open area in front of the Frost Temple, then on the ridge above. I have not tested this extensively myself to see what other areas are effected. Strangely, the entirety of the volcano is at a higher altitude than the ridgeline and thralls can be placed on the ground there.
