Reports are done via Zendesk. The use of Zendesk was added a couple of months ago, so you may want to resubmit your evidence using the newer system.

Hello @Wil_oliveira10, infraction reports are handled exclusively through Zendesk , you may reply to the email you’ve received after sending the report to follow up on this situation as we do our best to respond to all tickets.
If you haven’t heard back for a long period of time and/or are unable to reach out through Zendesk for some reason, you can always send a DM @Community, providing the ticket number, so that we can help you further.
