Unofficial Dedicated Server: PacketHandlerLog:Error: PacketHandler parsing packet with zero's in last byte

After recent update, server will not establish any client connections. All attempted connections provide the log line shown below. It does not matter where the connection attempt originates from.

[2019.05.25-22.08.31:523][352]PacketHandlerLog:Error: PacketHandler parsing packet with zero’s in last byte.

I will gladly perform any diagnostics requested.

I had same problem in my dedi server, sadly even with help of devs we couldn’t find solution for it.
