Brand new to the game as of a couple nights ago. The first day of play with my friend and I went great. Second night we are trying to play, they are getting the title message repeatedly. They’ve restarted multiple times with the same result. Ran as admin, did error check… Can’t get in the game at all now.
Any idea why this is? Thanks!
In case someone stumbles on this, thought I’d drop at least my solution. Turns out it was the antivirus (Kaspersky) running in the background preventing the game from updating. Shut it off and it worked perfectly.
Kaspersky tends to be a bit finicky when it comes to games. I’ve had a lot of issues with it while trying to play games and chose to get AVG instead as it doesn’t have that problem.
