Use caused more issues than it fixed

[Every since the latest update I cannot equip any tools or weapons. Hard to play A game when the primary things you need to play don’t work]

We’re unaware of that particular issue, have you tried having your character die and respawn?

Did it happen right after patching and logging in for the first time? Please share additional information if possible!
