Bug Description:
I was unable to regenerate stamina through multiple log-ins.
Bug Reproduction:
I was exploring the Highlands for the first time when I discovered the Black Hand camp, “The Pocket”. I was fine fighting in the camp for a bit until I got shot with an arrow at the same time that the discovery name pop-up showed. After that, I was drained of all stamina and could not regain any stamina through multiple relog-in attempts. It only fixed after I died and respawned at my bed.
