Vault dungeon bugged?

Me and my clan mate has been running around checking the new vault dungeons on the Isle of Siptah map. But they all seem to be locked? Is this a bug or something? We checked 7 dungeons within 20-25 minutes and all of them were locked?

Someone farmed them before you, they have 105 min±30 min refresh time.
