[Video] Issues with trying to walk forward, still not moving, bouncing

I’ve waited many months for a fix. I’m not pointing fingers. Now I want to make sure we are on the same page. If you look at the video you’ll see what happens when I try to walk straight ahead. I had the finger on full forward even though the video shows it stops, it slow, it crawls, and it rubberbands. I did not sprint. Also notice the follower is not jumping around.

When I pull up the player list, it only shows me some of the online users, and the dialogue is not fully rendered. That’s rarer compared to above.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

1. just walk forward
2. either you’ll be fine or you have the same issue in the video.
