VOIP Stopped Working After Patch

VOIP stopped working on our server and all the others I play on after this latest patch. It also isn’t working in Single Player. This often happens on steam Tuesdays but we are into 1:30a ET and it’s still not working, seems something is very broken

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Restart steam
  2. Open Conan
  3. Login
  4. No voice
