Water well keep on missing when placed on the foundation in center area of Isle of Siptah

I have been placing a water well twice on a foundation inside a small base i built in center area near the tower of isle of siptah and it keep on going missing every time after a day. It was there during the storm and sometimes in a game time. It’s gone the next day when I log in. My base is a T1 building made of sand stone. No information in the event log about the missing water well.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Build a small base T1 sand stone
  2. Craft and place a water well
  3. Log off and wait a day
  4. Log in the next day
