Weapon emote does not work

Basic Info:
Platform: PlayStation 5
Issue Type: Battle Pass
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvP
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: Dreams of the oasis

Bug Description:
Weapon Emotes do not work in server , it rarely works but mostly it states “cannot emote in current state” , works just fine in single player

Bug Reproduction:
tried using weapon emotes , it kept repeating “Cannot emote in current state” for whatever reason it works fine on single player

I get this same message quite often but not always. Very frustrating. Also on a ps5

PS5 same issue. Has worked a couple of times, but mostly doesn’t.
