Weapon Smith Trophy do not pop up on PS4

Hi

I have a Problem with the Weaponsmith Trophy on PS4.
There are 14 different weapons in the game.
I upgrade all 14 weapons on Level 3.
But the Trophy do not pop up.

What can i do?

Is it possible to delet the index or something on the system and reload the game?

Please help. This is the last Trophy to get the platinum.
