What does 'Rare Spice' do?

Bug but Funcom doesnt care anyway…

Rare spice food/drink has no warming buff

Game mode: [Online] Problem: [Bug] Region: [Everywhere] Consumeables based on rare spice will not grant any warming buff. Steps on how to reproduce issue: Get rare spice from Flotsam Craft new stuff with rare spice Use it to warm up Buff does not exist or has ~1sec duration I tested Fiery-Hot Imperial Tea & Fiery-Hot Imperial Tea and even when it is crafted new, it will not grant any buff.
