Problem: Set altar bug

There seems to be an issue with the tier 3 altar of Set trying to upgrade it seems to disappear and drop items when the upgrade is complete. Is this only with me or does anyone else have the same issue?

I had the same problem today with the Trebuchet.
This happens when there is not much space for it to grow. Also the shrines annoyingly rotate when being upgraded so keep that in mind
They do? o.O Which ones?
Derketo and set that I know of I have not looked at the rest on witch ones rotate I will go look at the rest I have them sat perfectly on top foundation so it’s really easy to see when they no longer line up
