When I open launcher to star the game just disappear instantly and nothing happens

While I can’t offer any direct solution (way beyond my knowledge, unfortunately), I can think of one thing that might be worth trying (in case the problem is with Funcom’s launcher rather than the game) - you could try installing and launching through CodeMage’s BUGLE (B**t Ugly Game Launcher for Exiles) - that should bypass Funcom’s Launcher, so if that is the problem it might get round it.
