Game Launcher will not open-- Game will not start

Bug Description:

Launcher will not start via steam or desktop shortcut. As of this morning the shortcut would open game launcher.

Bug Reproduction:

Step 1: Click Conan Exiles desktop shortcut (This all of a sudden opens Steam to Conan Exiles game page) Step 2: Click “Play Now” (This open a tiny window that immediately closes, then nothing) Step 3: Restart Computer Step 4: Repeat Step 1-3 Step 5: Check for windows updates and install Step 6: Repeat Step 1-3 Same issue repeats. No changes to computer from the last time it launched at 11am to 2pm when the issue began.)

Thank you for reporting your situation regarding your inability to start the game.

Our team is currently aware of this issue and the workaround is to delete the following file:
Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Mods\modlist.txt and manually unsubscribe from all your Conan modes. This will guarantee that mods are not loaded, if you’re using them.

Also, make sure to verify the files of the game and restart you computer after doing so.
Additionally, we suggest for you to use the Steam option to ‘‘change accounts’’ in order for the system to force Steam to disconnect your account, and then please try to play online again.

Ultimately, if nothing has worked so far, we encourage you to unistall the game, by making sure to delete all the game folders and reinstall the game.
