1335 Server PVE Exiled Lands

When I place a recently captured human, they are at 2 hits.

They have been at 2 hits for over a week.

Humans from before this bug are unaffected.

Only recent humans.

Also, all wild animals and wild humans are shown as 2 hits.

Is this by design? Is it a bug? Please fix it.
