Where are ALL my DLC armors?

Today I was trying to craft some DLC armor and to my surprise (not really) ALL OF THEM are gone. I own ALL the DLCs but there isn’t a single dlc amor I can craft, same thing is happening to my friend.

This is not a rookie oversight, 2500+ hours in thi game.

Is this a known issue? Btw this is for Playstation.

You might need to restart your system.

Wonder why completely closing the game didn’t fix it.
