I have been looking on the black galleon but cant find it if someone could tell me where on the ship it is or if its moved i would really apreciate it
If you break a dancer thrall, he/she will have the dancer outfit. Otherwise, you need a Zamorian III armorer or better (i.e., Irniz of the Furnace, etc.) to make it for yourself.
Dolth-ares is correct. You can’t learn the recipe yourself, it’s something only certain armorer thralls can craft for you.
