didn’t get Hyrkanian Warlord Armor in almost year

long time a go when you gave your e mail to funcom you should get code for Hyrkanian Warlord Armor set after i got vericication mail i did it i have Verified in settings but i didn’t get any conan related mail from funcom only for dune in YEAR
Now that you mentioned this: Me neither. Not for Xbox, not for PlayStation (both accounts have different mail addresses, i made the verification step for both accounts but that’s it. Last mail I got (both accounts) was the introduction of the August update with the Dark Dregs introduction, so yeah. Where to complain with no functional user support left?
yea i did ticket i found in one forum link to it but didn’t get any respond. And me stupid did spend more money on conan
