How long does it take to get the code? I put my email in last night and did not get any kind of pop up to let me know that I was going to get anything for subscribing.

Same issue here. I’ve seen comments of individuals that have already received theirs even though they subbed later than you and I. Maybe Funcom will get them to us with their next failed release.

Yeah I had someone tell me they got theirs instantly and I subscribed before them. So, I am not sure if its something we have to undo and do again?

Boyfriend plays on Xbox, and got his code immediately, I verified my email yesterday via Steam, and have not gotten my code yet.

It give no buffs. It’s all show.

This email thing is a new system, it may not be automated yet and someone has to manually trigger batches of codes getting sent out. If it is manual, then codes will likely not be sent out during the weekend. And depending on how emails get categorized could explain why some people get it sooner than others.

I’d say don’t worry about not getting it unless Monday passes with still no code.

The code should have been sent 24hrs after signup but there was an issue with the send list.
This should now be fixed and anyone that hasn’t received the code will get it by 2024-10-21T10:00:00Z

Nope, still have no email. It’s past 6am EST time and I verified my email in game with the code that was sent (verified on Saturday around 1:30pm EST).

I didn’t get any email either

me neither, i ended up adding a zendesk ticket,

i verified my account at saturday 19 9:17pm central time.

Email verified on Saturday, I do not have any email with the code, not even the spam folder. Should I open a ticket? (And how? Request Type: cannot be blank - there is no such category.)

I too have experienced this issue, and as others have stated the email hasn’t arrived. I have opened a ticket already, and I hope it will be solved soon.

I do have a question though- to be certain that this does not happen again, would you recommend unsubscribing and resubscribing or is the issue wholly separate from that?

should we change emails and verify a new account?

After reading this again, the timing didn’t make sense. Timezones. Assuming that us living in the future have to wait a bit longer…

Sorry to say but I also have not recieved my code and I am also verified.

Looking foward to the armor, it looks great. However so far no code, it might still take some time it seems.

Did anyone get code? After they said they resolved it.
Cause it looks like they have not resolved anything.
I haven’t got code for armor. 4 days since verifying email.

@Dana can you confirm if you meant by 6am this morning (today) which would have been a date/time that should have already occurred by the time you posted? Or should we wait until tomorrow at 6am?
