I was just curious, is this offer still going? And if it is, how long does it usually take to acquire the code for the armour? I didn’t want to be a pest and contact any form of support until I was certain the offer had ended.

In the past FC has advised to submit a ticket to look into this.
You can access Helpshift here to submit a ticket, choose “Purchases” or “Other” and then reply to the automated email you receive in your email inbox right away advising that it needs review.
