It has been multiple days still no word on the promised Armor code, Yes I have the confirmation, yes I have been monitoring my spam, I even read other similar posts the most recent had a Zendesk link but apparently link is broken and/or you no longer maintain your zendesk account.
This is very discouraging as I enjoy the game and WAS considering buying multiple DLC packs but if you won’t honor your FREE offers why should I support your company with additional purchases?

How did you manage to sign up for this code in the first place? All the tutorials say sign up for the news letter in the settings tab but there is none in the current game version for me.
When I was looking thru the Bazaar I saw the Redeem code button, other games I’ve played such as “Borderlands” had free redeem codes for items. ‘Helpshift’ is no help at all. I’ve spoken to several people who’ve claimed to have put tickets in and received nothing in return.
The several people ‘claiming’ no help at all may have misled you.
My personal experience was a quick and efficient resolution in under 2 hours from the time I posted to Helpshift w/t documentation to prove my registration & my active Funcom forum account.
I am drooling in anticipation of actually crafting the set, the recipe is confirmed unlocked for me.
