The problem is that many of us (myself included) never received this code via email—and that promotion took place years ago. How about it, @Funcom? Why not simply offer this armor as a free item in the next Bazaar update? 
At the beginning of the year, I performed this maneuver to try to recover the armor… So I also sent two tickets to support. I got absolutely no response and both tickets were locked =)
I get emails, but never got that as well!
I’m not 100% sure, but I believe this giveaway started sometime around the beginning of the last quarter of 2024? And well, I’m not the only one who still hasn’t received a code; if you use the search function, you’ll find a bunch of topics about this: Search results for 'Hyrkanian Warlord Armor' - Funcom Forums (That’s why a giveaway via the Bazaar would be a possible solution.)
