Still no hyrkanian warlord armour e-mail code OVER A MONTH LATER

Over a month ago I signed up for the armor/code…I waited. Nothing, no e-mail, nothing.

So I removed my e-mail in the game and RE-added it to hopes of making the system go recognize the issue. That was a week ago…STILL no e-mail, no code, nothing.

Maybe try to open a Zendesk ticket. Good luck.

I know that when I was looking for my code - it ended up being buried in my email. I did not find it until I searched through my email for “Funcom”.

Did any one actually expect any better? Worst customer service in the known universe.

I looked in my spam, many times. Looked harder after I “re-applied” for it. Still nothing…

Sadly no. I had a small hope, but expect? I expect to be pissed on and told it’s raining, since who ever is running the game into the ground with the “ages” and the CANCER of a battle pass.

Sucking the FUN out of the game and trying to BLEED it dry for every cent like it’s some ■■■■■■ PHONE game.

The MOD community makes FAR better content that works.

Actually just sent in the complaint/issue through that Zendesk thing, thank you. I wasn’t aware of it. Fingers crossed…but not holding my breath.

Yes, and no.
The codes are one-time-use thing and you’re was already redeemed. But if that was the code they e-mailed to you for the armor set, then yes that is what I’m STILL trying to get them to send to me.

After much hassles, C/S finally came through and got me an armor code.

It’s a shame the automated system is so poorly setup that C/S had to be bothered about it all.

But, it’s FINALLY done :slight_smile:

Often the email with the code is caught by a spam filter and automatically deleted after x weeks in the trash. Or it could have just slipped through the cracks…

Regardless of why you didn’t get it: all you have to do to get a new code is to go to SETTINGS - ACCOUNT and delete the email you registered with, and register (and verify) a new one. You will get a new code in around 12-24 hours.

If you can mark this as an answer please do so so other players who didn’t get their code know what to do. This works 100%, whereas opening a ticket to Zendesk is weeks of waiting often culminating in their “due to a high number of reports we were hnable to blah blah” automatic answer.
