Looks like the Freebooter set.

Yes, Zingaran Freebooter, except for the headpiece, which is an Iron Circlet.

Blackwater Armor looks exactly the same

Sux that we need a mod to get the boots separately. The ones in game don’t go above the knees.

Yeah you’re right. Looked it up. Blackwater armour looks to be the siptah equivalent
