Definitely not Khitan, but it also doesn’t look like anything I’ve ever seen. I was going to ask if this is from a modded game, but I see the PS4 tag. I’m stumped.

Hyrkanian Raider boots and trousers are among my favorites in the game because they take dyes pretty well, have a stylish look and go together with so many different tops. And they give a decent armor bonus too.
