Why are Player Names on testlive pvp NOT hidden?

ATM the player list on testlive pvp is NOT anonymised.

  • On standard official pvp-servers you have to be active in any chat to get your player name into the list. Battlemetrics does not give any information about WHO is or was online.

  • On testlive official pvp the whole list is revealed all the time and you can also see this information on battlemetrics.

Is this intended? Does this mean that the player list will show all info again in future? Or is it only a special feature for testlive-servers?

Hey there,

It’s a server setting and it’s not enabled on Testlive servers as the focus on them, at least the official ones, is to test new features and gather feedback during certain periods of time. They’re not intended for providing a “regular” game experience like live servers. At least the official ones.
