I went to buy a weapon and supplies, and neither merchant would sell me the stuff.
I have the obelisks. Am I doing something wrong?
Did they add something in Chapter 3 that I need to do now?
But did you dress in Khitan armor while doing it? They don’t sell to outsiders.
I’m just kidding but it sounded good. I have seen several post this issue so hopefully it gets resolved in the first update

Maybe try paying with Obouls coins and not obelisks 
But seriously it’s probably an outdated mod that is messing you up.
I use no mods.
My last post for the night I am beeet early today on our private ps4 server they were selling weapons and thralls and boxes of goods can not help more till tomorrow any questions I can admin to our server
The blood stone vendors are not selling their stuff either. Anyone else having this issue?

Yesterday on our private server found some of the sellers admin blood stores and did buy a couple items Exiles ps4 @Hegs

Yes, I have the same issue. (PC, official pvp server, no mods obv) We need to report this enough until it gets fixed. I made a video of it too.
While making this video, uploading it to youtube, posting the link to various threads and to discord, I must have sat at Mek-kamoses spire for close to 30 minutes. The merchants still don’t work so its not a loading issue. This is the third day of me checking since I finished the dungeon on the evening it came out. The merchants have not worked ONCE during this time.
