That would be very nifty.
Especially as there are some Weights that come in yellow and red on Siptah.
As would something that mimics the Star Metal glow.
Honestly, this one wouldn’t even object if it were a Bazaar item, as that is sorta a premium look.
Likely see that in the forms of bazaar items.
I can see that happening 
after all we already glow at night
