WindowsNoEditor doesnt exist

why does their instructions from 2 days ago say to find this folder to get your server, when this folder doesnt exist on a new install? the folder is called Windows now, and none of the .ini folders have any server info in them.

and of course there is no server if it is a fresh install, what are you expecting?
