Worker thralls disappearing

Bug Description:

Worker Thralls disappearing from my base but still is active in the followers list. I try to rescue them but says they can’t be found.

Bug Reproduction:

Tried to track them to find out where they are and also tried to rescue my worker thralls and it says couldn’t be found.

Head to coordinates 0.0.0 (Highlands east of The Breach). They may show up there
