Don’t know if other people are having this problem, since the last patch and downloading the DLC. The game is almost unplayable now. It crashes completely about every 15 minutes randomly.

Have you checked if your XBOX is using Open NAT in networking settings?
Also, are you aware of the workaround where you play 5 minutes of single player then try PVP/PVE again?
That seems to help for many people.
