I would like to draw attention to a very important matter. The Latin American PvE server 7141 experiences a regular outage around 4:00 PM, which lasts for hours, rendering the server inaccessible and absent from the server list. All players are disconnected and unable to log in. Additionally, apart from this scheduled downtime, there are unexpected, abrupt outages lasting approximately 1 to 2 hours, with the server offline. It appears not to be an internet connection issue, as it affects all players, and other servers also encounter the same error. Can you assist with this?
